## Scope of work

Emergency call-out for a severely deteriorated corrugated iron roof in Richmond with active leaks in multiple locations. We attended same day, applied emergency-grade waterproof coatings to stop active water ingress, then returned to complete a full section replacement using new Colorbond corrugated sheeting matched to the existing roof profile.

## The challenge

Decades of debris and foam build-up beneath the sheets had caused localised ponding and hidden the full extent of the damage. The deterioration was significantly worse than visible from ground level.
