## Scope of work

Full perimeter gutter and downpipe replacement on a brick-veneer Sydney home. The existing gutters were rusted, sagging and overflowing into the wall cavity, leading to internal staining. Crown Roofers stripped the old system, installed new Colorbond quad gutters with heavy-duty bracket spacing, and ran new round downpipes to discharge into the existing stormwater pits. Fascia caps and fixings were also renewed.

## The challenge

Several fascia sections had begun to rot from years of overflowing gutters — these were repaired with treated timber before new gutters were fitted.

## The outcome

A cleanly finished new gutter system installed in a single day. Internal water staining stopped immediately and the homeowner has peace of mind through Sydney's wet seasons.
