About Crown Roofers

Crown Roofers exists because too many Sydney homeowners have the same story: a roofer who quoted one number and invoiced another, or who disappeared once the deposit cleared. We built this business to be the opposite of that — a fixed written price, a licensed crew, and a phone number that gets answered.

We've completed roofing projects across Greater Sydney, from the Eastern Suburbs to the Hills District, and into Wollongong. Our licensed tradespeople specialise in Colorbond and tile roofing, with emergency crews available around the clock for active leaks and storm damage.

We're locally owned — not a franchise, not a call centre that sells your job to whoever is free. When you call Crown Roofers you speak to tradespeople who know Sydney roofs: which suburbs still have 1960s terracotta that cracks the moment you walk it wrong, which coastal streets eat standard Colorbond and need marine-grade, and which councils will ask questions about a colour change.

How we quote

Someone gets on your roof before you get a number. Not a look from the driveway, not a satellite estimate — an actual inspection, with photos of anything we find. You get an itemised written quote covering materials, labour and rubbish removal, and that price is what you pay. If we open the roof up and discover something genuinely unforeseen, you get a photo and a price before any further work happens.

We will also tell you when you don't need us. Plenty of roofs we inspect need a repair and a clean, not the full replacement someone else quoted. Saying so costs us the bigger job and wins us the next three through the neighbours.

Licensed, insured, and accountable

Crown Roofers holds NSW Building Licence 471250C and carries $20 million in public liability insurance, plus workers' compensation for every person on site. You are entitled to see both before work starts, and you should ask any roofer for them — an unlicensed operator can void your home insurance if something goes wrong.

Every job carries a 10-year workmanship guarantee in writing, separate from whatever the manufacturer warrants on the materials. Those are two different things, and a roofer who blurs them is telling you something.
