A roofing emergency is any situation causing active water ingress into your home, a structural collapse, missing or displaced sections of roof exposing the interior, or damage creating a safety hazard. If in doubt, call us — we'll advise you whether it needs immediate attention or can wait.

We aim for 2–4 hours across Greater Sydney under normal conditions. During major storm events affecting multiple suburbs simultaneously, response times may be longer — we triage by severity and will give you an honest ETA when you call.

Most standard home and contents policies cover sudden and accidental roof damage from storms, falling trees, and impact. Gradual deterioration or maintenance issues are typically excluded. We can provide a detailed damage report and photos to support your claim. Contact your insurer before work begins if possible.

Place buckets under active drips. Move valuable items away from affected areas. Do not enter the roof space yourself — structural damage may make it unsafe. If you have any tarps available, placing them in the affected area (from inside) can reduce water ingress until we arrive.

Permanent emergency repairs carry our full 10-year workmanship guarantee. Temporary tarping and emergency sealing is guaranteed for 30 days or until permanent repair is completed. We follow up every emergency job to ensure the permanent solution is in place.
