We generally collect information directly from you. We may also receive it from someone acting for you, a referral partner, a social media or advertising platform, or our website and analytics providers. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary for us to assist you.

We may use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and arrange inspections or appointments;
• prepare quotes and deliver, administer and warranty our services;
• communicate about a job, payment, safety issue or customer support request;
• maintain business, accounting and legal records;

We may disclose information only where reasonably necessary to people working for Crown Roofers and to service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, database, communications, email, analytics, advertising, scheduling, payment, accounting and professional-advice providers.
