Every full gutter replacement includes four free gutter cleans over the following 12 months — roughly one a quarter, booked and carried out by us.

Who Qualifies
Full gutter replacement on a single residential property in our Sydney service area.
Nothing needs to be claimed and there is no card to keep. Once your new gutters are finished we put the four visits in our calendar and contact you when each one is due. If you would rather we skipped a visit, tell us and we will move it.
Terms & Conditions
Applies to work quoted on or after 11 August 2026.
- The offer applies to a full gutter replacement on a single residential property. Gutter repairs, partial runs, downpipe-only work and fascia-only work are not eligible.
- Four cleans are provided across the 12 months following completion of the gutter installation, scheduled at roughly three-month intervals. We contact you to arrange each visit.
- The cleans cover the gutters we installed and their connected downpipes. Other guttering on the property is not included.
- Safe access is required. Properties above two storeys, or any site needing scaffold, an elevated work platform or roof anchors, is by arrangement and additional access costs may apply.
- Unused cleans expire 12 months after the installation is completed. They cannot be carried forward.
- The offer is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a discount on the installation or for any other service.
- If the property is sold, the remaining cleans do not transfer to the new owner.
- Crown Roofers may withdraw or change this offer at any time. Any job already quoted or booked keeps the offer as it stood on the date of the quote.
Nothing in this offer limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or the 10-year workmanship guarantee that applies to the installation itself.
