BEFORE ENROLMENT
Plan details
Roof & Gutter Care is an annual maintenance plan for standard homes with safe access, subject to Crown Roofers confirming eligibility.
Schedule
The first gutter clean is scheduled after enrolment. The second is scheduled around six months later, weather permitting.
Annual report
The annual report is a visual photo condition report. It is not a structural certification or a guarantee against future leaks.
Repair discount
The 10% discount applies to repairs Crown Roofers identifies during plan visits and you approve separately. It cannot be combined with another offer.
Access and additional costs
Oversized properties, steep roofs, gutter guards that need removal and work requiring specialist access equipment are assessed separately. Crown Roofers confirms any additional cost before enrolment.
Payment and renewal
Annual payment is taken only after Crown Roofers confirms eligibility. During the pilot, renewal is handled manually and there is no automatic charge.
