Warning Signs
Signs You Need Fascia Replacement
Don't ignore these warning signs — small issues left untreated almost always turn into costly repairs. If you notice any of the following, contact us for a free inspection.
Fascia is structural in the sense that matters: it is what the gutter hangs from. Once it softens, no amount of new guttering will stay put, and fixings pull through under the weight of water.
It rots because it stays wet, usually from a gutter that has been overflowing. So replacing it without addressing why it got wet just resets the clock. We look at the gutter, the fall and the roof edge at the same time.
All work is carried out under NSW Building Licence 471250C, covered by $20M public liability and backed by our 10-year workmanship guarantee.

Common Questions
Fascia Replacement FAQs
Timber or Colorbond fascia?
Colorbond costs more up front and never rots or needs painting. On a house where the fascia has already failed once, it usually pays for itself.
Can you replace just the rotted section?
Sometimes. If the rot is localised and the rest is genuinely sound, yes — we will not replace more than is needed.
Does the gutter have to come off?
Yes. The gutter fixes to the fascia, so the two jobs go together.
