About This Project
Full gutter and downpipe replacement on a brick home in Riverwood. The original gutters had rusted, were pulling away from the fascia, and overflowing into the wall cavity. Crown Roofers removed the failing system, installed new Colorbond quad gutters in Monument, and ran new round downpipes into the existing stormwater drainage.
The Challenge
Sections of the original timber fascia had rotted from years of overflowing gutters and required spot replacement before the new system could be fixed securely.
The Outcome
Clean, watertight new gutter system installed in a single day. Internal water staining and damp issues at the wall cavity were fully resolved.
