About This Project
Full gutter and downpipe replacement on a double-storey brick home in Willoughby East. Gutters were severely blocked, had rusted through in multiple sections, and were actively overflowing into the wall cavity. We replaced the full perimeter with new Colorbond fascia gutters and installed new 100mm square downpipes for improved flow capacity.
The Challenge
Upper-storey sections required elevated ladder access. Several fascia boards had rotted where the old gutters had been overflowing and required spot repairs before installation.
