About This Project
Concrete tile roof restoration on a Bexley home. Crown Roofers carried out a full pressure clean to remove decades of lichen and oxidisation, replaced damaged ridge mortar with flexible pointing, re-set and replaced cracked tiles, and applied a fresh acrylic membrane in modern slate grey. TV antenna mount and weather caps were resealed as part of the scope.
The Challenge
Multiple existing antenna brackets and roof penetrations required careful masking and re-sealing to maintain a fully watertight finish around every fixing.
The Outcome
Clean, modern slate-grey roof finish completed in 3 days. The new membrane system extends roof life by an estimated 15 years and gives the entire street frontage a contemporary refresh.
