About This Project
Full concrete tile roof restoration on a Blacktown home. Crown Roofers pressure-cleaned the entire roof, replaced cracked tiles, fully re-bedded and re-pointed all ridge capping with flexible pointing, primed the surface and applied two coats of charcoal acrylic roof membrane. The neighbouring Colorbond skillion section was hand-cleaned and resealed at the join.
The Challenge
The roof had a complex transition between concrete tiles and a Colorbond steel skillion that required precise flashing work to ensure both materials remained watertight at the junction.
The Outcome
A modern, dark-charcoal restored roof finished in 3 working days, ready for another 15+ years of service. The homeowners moved from selling the property to keeping it after seeing the transformation.
