About This Project
Concrete tile roof restoration on a neighbouring Blacktown property — completed alongside the next-door restoration for combined access efficiency. Crown Roofers cleaned the entire roof, repaired and replaced damaged tiles, re-bedded and re-pointed all hips and ridges, and applied a deep-charcoal heat-reflective acrylic membrane.
The Challenge
The hip line ran directly into a Colorbond box gutter that needed full re-sealing as part of the scope to prevent water ingress at the transition.
The Outcome
Tied-in to the neighbouring restoration for seamless visual continuity along the street. The homeowner gained a 15-year warrantied roof finish and immediate kerb-appeal uplift.
